These terms govern use of GURUJI ("the App"), operated by Minimal Coder ("we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to these terms.
GURUJI is a free tutoring management tool. It stores all data in the Tutor's own Google Drive account and has no independent backend server.
Tutor access is limited to the person(s) who control the master setup key. Student access is granted, suspended, or revoked entirely at the Tutor's discretion. We are not responsible for disputes about enrollment, fees, or scheduling between Tutor and Students.
You agree not to use the App to upload unlawful content, impersonate others, or attempt to access data belonging to a batch or student you are not authorized to view.
All data created through the App belongs to the Tutor, since it is stored in the Tutor's own Google Drive. We do not claim ownership of any content you store.
Tutors can permanently delete data from the App at any time through the Maintenance / Settings section. This includes:
• Individual students: Removes the student record, their submission folder from Google Drive,
and revokes their access to view batches and files.
• Entire batches: Deletes the batch folder including all question papers, student submissions,
announcements, and online class records. All students in that batch lose access.
• Academic years: Removes the year folder and all batches, students, and files within it.
• Entire app data: Deletes the complete Guruji_App_Data folder from Google Drive,
including all years, batches, students, files, and configurations.
Important: Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once data is deleted from Google Drive, it cannot be recovered by us or by Google (unless within Google Drive's own trash recovery window, which is outside our control). Make sure you have backups before deleting any data.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Because GURUJI depends on Google Drive and Google Sign-In, availability is also subject to Google's own service terms and uptime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minimal Coder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including data loss due to Google Drive account issues.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. However, nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
